Our representatives work for our concierge company. They are not airport or government staff.
Where will I meet the airport representative?
For arrivals, your representative waits with a name sign at a designated meeting point in the terminal. For departures, we meet you at an agreed point at the terminal entrance. The exact meeting point and your representative’s contact details are sent with your confirmation.
Can you monitor my flight?
Yes. When you give us your flight number, our team follows the published schedule for your flight on the day of travel and adjusts the meeting time if it changes.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Because we follow your flight, your representative plans around the actual arrival time. For long delays, diversions or cancellations, our team contacts you on WhatsApp or email to rearrange the service. Specific waiting-time and change terms are included in your confirmation.
Can I book airport transfer together with Fast Track?
Yes. Choose “VIP Arrival + Transfer” in the booking form, or add a transfer in the special request field. Your representative escorts you to your private driver after baggage claim.
