What is airport fast track?
Fast track is an assistance service: a representative meets you and guides you through arrival or departure formalities, using priority or dedicated lanes where the airport makes them available. It usually shortens the process, but waiting times are ultimately set by immigration and security authorities, so no provider can guarantee a specific clearance time.
Where will I meet the airport representative?
For arrivals, your representative waits with a name sign at a designated meeting point in the terminal. For departures, we meet you at an agreed point at the terminal entrance. The exact meeting point and your representative’s contact details are sent with your confirmation.
Do you provide services at Tan Son Nhat Airport?
Yes. We provide VIP arrival, fast track, VIP departure, meet & greet and private transfers at Tan Son Nhat International Airport (SGN) in Ho Chi Minh City. Coverage for your specific terminal and flight is confirmed when we review your booking.
Do you provide services at Cam Ranh Airport (Nha Trang)?
Yes. We provide VIP arrival, fast track, VIP departure, meet & greet and private transfers at Cam Ranh International Airport (CXR), which serves Nha Trang. Coverage for your specific terminal and flight is confirmed when we review your booking.
Do you provide services at Phu Quoc Airport?
Yes. We provide VIP arrival, fast track, VIP departure, meet & greet and private transfers at Phu Quoc International Airport (PQC). Coverage for your specific terminal and flight is confirmed when we review your booking.
Do you serve Hanoi or Da Nang airports?
Not at the moment. We currently operate at Tan Son Nhat (SGN, Ho Chi Minh City), Cam Ranh (CXR, Nha Trang) and Phu Quoc (PQC). Message us on WhatsApp if your trip includes another airport and we will tell you honestly whether we can help.
Can you monitor my flight?
Yes. When you give us your flight number, our team follows the published schedule for your flight on the day of travel and adjusts the meeting time if it changes.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Because we follow your flight, your representative plans around the actual arrival time. For long delays, diversions or cancellations, our team contacts you on WhatsApp or email to rearrange the service. Specific waiting-time and change terms are included in your confirmation.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 48 hours before your flight. For last-minute requests, message us on WhatsApp and we will check availability straight away.
Can I book airport transfer together with Fast Track?
Yes. Choose “VIP Arrival + Transfer” in the booking form, or add a transfer in the special request field. Your representative escorts you to your private driver after baggage claim.
How will I receive my booking confirmation?
After reviewing your request, our team sends a confirmation via WhatsApp and/or email with your service details, meeting point, representative contact and final price.
Can I contact your team via WhatsApp?

Do I still need a visa or entry documents?
Yes. Our service assists you through the airport process; it does not replace a visa, e-visa or any entry requirement. Please check Vietnam’s current entry rules for your nationality before you travel.
